Many people are confused and indifferent about belief in God. A lot of ideas about God are based on opinions and feelings – in reality no more than human thinking. This is very sad, because there’s a wealth of information about God in the Bible. What’s more, this information is clearly understandable. And because the Bible is God’s word – His revelation to man – it is the book of supreme authority. It tells us what God wants us to know about Himself. It describes His greatness, His power, His goodness, His uniqueness and His eternity. It explains what God requires of us and describes His wonderful plan for mankind and the world.
