The one true Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ is revealed in both the Old Testament and the New Testament of God’s inspired word, the Bible. The Gospel’s good news cannot be fully appreciated without an understanding of God’s “great and precious promises” found in the Old Testament. The importance of these promises is confirmed and explained in the New Testament. They predict both the essential saving work of God’s beloved Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the nature of God’s Kingdom on earth to be established at his second coming. Christ will then rule the world from Jerusalem and establish righteousness and peace on earth.
