It’s a sad fact of life that suffering impacts upon virtually everyone at some stage. A disturbing feature of life today is that large numbers of people suffering poverty or persecution, or both, are on the move and risking everything to seek a better and safer life elsewhere. Human suffering, whether one’s own or that of others, begs the questions, “Is God really a God of love?” and, “If God is all-powerful why doesn’t He prevent suffering?” The Bible does have an answer to these searching questions, and no more clearly so than in the life and death of the Lord Jesus Christ who was made perfect through suffering and has a momentous future role to fulfil.

We invite you to a free Bible presentation that will explain God’s solution for human suffering. This will be at 7.00pm on Sunday evening the 13th of September. The venue is the Christadelphian Hall, 489 Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Road, corner of Boyanda Street, opposite Ham Road, Wishart.

We have a free booklet that we can mail to you or give to you after the talk. It’s titled “Why does God allow suffering?” If you would like to have a free copy mailed to you, please complete the contact form on the main page.
